## About the role
Kura Solution is a Transitional and Supportive Living program helping residents achieve sustainable sobriety, independence, and community reintegration. As House Manager you are the steady presence in one of our homes.
## What you'll do
- Oversee daily house operations: visitor logs, room checks, medication logs, and safety protocols
- Supervise and support Social Workers working with enrolled residents
- Facilitate house meetings and life-skills programming
- Support new-resident move-ins and orientations
- Document incidents and coordinate with Kura administration
## What we're looking for
- 2+ years in behavioral health, recovery housing, or residential services
- Lived recovery experience welcomed and valued
- Strong boundaries, empathy, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable with digital check-ins and documentation tools
