Shared Room
A room shared with one housemate in a furnished, structured home.
Private Room
Your own private room in a furnished, structured home.
Couples Private Room
A private room for two residents entering the program together.
One-time move-in fee
A $100 move-in fee is due at admission, in addition to the first month's program fee.
What's included
Furnished housing, all utilities, and a structured independent living environment with on-site case management and peer support.
Payment terms
- Weekly payment options are available upon approval.
- Accepted methods: money order, cashier's check, ACH, and debit/credit.
- Payments may be sourced from SSI/SSDI, private pay, or approved third-party assistance.
- Residents experiencing financial hardship should notify staff immediately.
No-refund policy
All payments made to Kura Solution — including program fees, move-in fees, and administrative charges — are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. No refunds are issued for early departure, program termination, rule violations or discharge, or changes in income, employment, health status, or external circumstances. Housing placement reserves a unit and incurs operational costs immediately.
