Program Overview & Services
Kura Solution is a Level III Recovery Residence offering:
- Structured daily living environment
- On-site case management
- Peer recovery support and coaching
- Life skills development (employment, education, finances)
- Support for individuals transitioning from incarceration
- Assistance with housing stability, healthcare, and community reintegration
House Rules & Community Expectations
- Abstain from alcohol, illicit drugs, and non-prescribed medications.
- Participate in random or for-cause drug/alcohol testing.
- Respect quiet hours, curfews, and room assignments.
- Treat all residents, staff, and guests with respect.
- Follow visitor policies; no unauthorized overnight guests.
- Keep personal and shared spaces clean.
- Report any unsafe conditions immediately.
Curfew & Attendance Policy
- Curfew is set by house management and must be followed.
- Residents must sign in/out when leaving and returning.
- Attendance at required meetings, recovery groups, and programming is mandatory.
- Exceptions require prior approval from house management or case manager.
Substance Use & Medication Policy
- Zero tolerance for alcohol and non-prescribed drugs.
- Prescribed medications and MAT (medication-assisted treatment) permitted with proper disclosure and storage.
- Noncompliance may result in disciplinary action.
- Education and support around safe medication use is provided.
Case Management & Peer Support
Each resident works with a Case Manager to develop an Individualized Recovery Plan covering housing, employment/education, legal/probation, and healthcare. Peer Recovery Coaches provide mentorship and skill-building.

- Employment readiness workshops
- Financial literacy classes
- Communication and conflict resolution
- Parenting support (if applicable)
- Community engagement and volunteer opportunities
Safety, Emergencies & Incident Reporting
Call 911 for medical emergencies. Notify staff immediately. Naloxone is available on-site. Fire safety procedures and evacuation plans are posted. All incidents must be reported and documented using the Incident Report Form.
Discharge & Transition Planning
Planned discharge occurs when recovery goals are met or independent housing is secured. Administrative or emergency discharge may occur due to noncompliance, rule violations, or safety threats. The Case Manager develops a transition plan covering housing, employment, healthcare, and recovery support — see Appendix J — Discharge Summary.
